The information contained on this website is directed only at persons who fall within one or more of the following categories. No person who does not fall within one of these categories may rely upon or act upon any information contained within this website.
Certified High Net Worth Individuals
Individuals who have signed a statement of high net worth in the form prescribed by Article 48 of the Financial Promotion Order 2005 within the last twelve months.
Self-Certified Sophisticated Investors
Investors who have signed a statement of self-certified sophistication in the form prescribed by Article 50A of the Financial Promotion Order 2005 within the last twelve months.
Certified Sophisticated Investors
Investors who hold a current certificate signed by an authorised person confirming sophistication in accordance with Article 50 of the Financial Promotion Order 2005.
Investment Professionals
Persons falling within the definition of investment professional under Article 19 of the Financial Promotion Order 2005, including family offices acting as Investment Professionals.
Family Offices are not a separate category of exemption under the Financial Promotion Order 2005. Where a family office engages with Real View Investments, it does so as an Investment Professional within the meaning of Article 19 FPO.
Self-Certification
Confirming your investor status.
Before receiving further information, you may be required to self-certify your investor status by reference to the relevant exemption. Self-certification is a confirmation that you meet the criteria set out in the applicable Article of the Financial Promotion Order 2005 and that you understand the nature and risks of the opportunities you are choosing to consider.
The protections afforded to retail clients under the FCA regime do not apply. Investments may not benefit from Financial Services Compensation Scheme protection and may fall outside the jurisdiction of the Financial Ombudsman Service.
